FAIR INFORMATION

Showorks will be open May 25th till June 5th for registration at this link: https://montcalm.fairwire.com

Please read through the 2024 Montcalm Showorks Tips! There is important information about animals and still exhibits there. Most Still exhibit projects will be brought to the fairgrounds to be judged on June 22nd and no registration is needed except for the items in the Showorks Tips.

If you want to sell in the Still Exhibit Auction - please register in Showorks.

YQCA is due at the close of Showorks on June 5th. Please e-mail certificate to MCFlivestock@gmail.com

IF YOU PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED SWINE IN SHOWORKS - DO NOT ENTER THEM AGAIN. Please read the tips. Those that registered are listed below.

All exhibitors are required to do 2 hours of service at the fairgrounds. Your club leader should know what needs to be done.

Registration and Weigh-In/Tag-In Dates

• Market Beef Weigh-in/Tagging Date: 11/24/2024 @ 2 to 4pm

• Final Market Beef Weigh-in/Tagging Date: 12/07/2024 @ 9 to 11am

• Feeder Beef, Goat, Sheep, Prospect Date: 4/XX/2025 Weigh-in/Tagging @ 6pm

• Final Feeder Beef, Goat, Sheep, Prospect Date: 4/XX/2025 Weigh-in/Tagging @ 6pm

Registration must be turned in personally when you bring animal to weigh-in.

**Swine projects need 3 pictures of each animal attached to Registration. See below for new upload to showorks option.

1. All animals (including market animals) MUST BE in the exhibitor’s possession and registered with the MONTCALM COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION office by the required date for each species. Large animal registration forms must be turned in, in person, at a Livestock committee (MCFAAC) meeting, or weighin/tag-in. Small animal registration forms must be turned in, in person, at a Livestock committee (MCFAAC) meeting, or a small animal committee meeting. Forms must be turned in, in person, and will not be accepted via email or mail.

2. Animal Registration Forms are available online from the Montcalm County Fair Website: www.montcalmcountyfairgrounds.com. Registration and Weigh-In/Tag-In Dates

New this year is the option to register your swine and upload photos online.

Exhibitors will still be required to turn in the paper portion of their registration, but no photos will be required if uploaded to Showorks.

Showorks will open for SWINE registration only on 4/XX and close on 4/XX at 8 p.m. (same time all paper registrations are due).

Please register all swine including the family floater. This should only be registered to the oldest exhibitor in the family.

It will be important to remember your login and password and use the same one in May to select which swine are actually coming to fair.
