FAIR INFORMATION

If you want to sell in the Still Exhibit Auction - please register in Showorks.

YQCA is due at the close of Showorks. Please e-mail certificate to MCFlivestock@gmail.com

All exhibitors are required to do 2 hours of service at the fairgrounds. Your club leader should know what needs to be done.

Questions about Showorks should be directed to MCFlivestock@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for response.

Volunteers have a family and work too!

Registration and Weigh-In/Tag-In Dates

• Market Beef Weigh-in/Tagging Date: 11/24/2024 @ 2 to 4pm

• Final Market Beef Weigh-in/Tagging Date: 12/07/2024 @ 9 to 11am

• Feeder Beef, Goat, Sheep Date: 4/14/2025 Weigh-in/Tagging @ 6pm to 8pm

• Final Feeder Beef, Goat, Sheep Date: 4/26/2025 Weigh-in/Tagging @ 8am to 10am

Registration must be turned in personally when you bring animal to weigh-in.

**Swine projects need 3 pictures of each animal attached to Registration. See below for new upload to showorks option.

Swine Tags will be available these following times:

March 3 - at Fairboard Meeting

March 16 - 3 to 5 pm. during YQCA/PreFair Meeting

March 22 - 9 to 11 a.m. during YQCA/PreFair Meeting

April 7 - at Fairboard Meeting

April 14 - during Market Goat, Sheep, Feeder Tag In

Showorks Tentative Date - April 27th to May 11th - more information to come
